Our process is five simple steps:

  1. Tell us about your project.
  2. Ship us your products.
  3. We shoot the photos.
  4. You make selections and we retouch the images.
  5. After you make your final payment, your products are returned.

Step 1: Contact us and/or fill out the order form

For those of you familiar with our process and ready to start a new order, please click the order form button below. If this is your first time working with us, please don't hesitate to contact us with any questions you might have.  We have done hundreds of photo shoots and would love to help you get started.  Once we've answered questions to your satisfaction, fill out the order form.


Step 2:  Ship us your product
Please carefully pack your product and send to our production facility.

Place your order and pack:
Once we receive your order form, we will send an email including your order number, an estimate of the total cost, a request for deposit, and a copy of your completed order form.  (Deposit will be applied to your final total).  After receiving our email, pack your product carefully for shipping. Please include a printed order form with your order number in your box.

Select a shipper:
Use the links below to select your preferred shipper and calculate shipping costs.  Package must be insured.  You may either include a return shipping label or shipping costs will be added on to your final bill.

Step 3: Photo production

Studio schedule:
Upon receipt of your order and deposit, a shoot date for your project will be reserved in our studio schedule.  Once we receive your products, we will email you with your shoot date and approximate day when images will be ready for you to make first selects.

Before the shoot:
At least one day before your shoot a Razor team member will contact you to go over your order form and any questions you may have.

Shoot day:
We will photograph your product based on all the information and sample images you have provided.


Step 4: Post-production

First selects:
After our shoot, we will send you a private link to your web gallery where you can make your selections.  You may also request more images to be taken of your product.  Additional charges will apply.

Photo retouching:
Once we have your selections, our retouchers work to clean, color correct and crop the images for your final usage.

Final proofing:
We now upload your retouched files for your final review.  At this point you may request additional retouching (additional charges may apply).


Step 5: Payment, delivery and product return

Payment:
If there are no retouching requests, you will receive a credit voucher code equal to the value of your deposit.  You will apply that credit when you download your images.

Delivery:
Images are now ready for download.  Images will remain available for 3 months.

Product return:
Product will be packed carefully and prepped for return shipping.  Your preferred shipper (based on your selection on the order form) will be used to safely return your products.
